Impulse Escape Rooms
What a hard place to find! It’s right in the corner with a sign in the window. It’s there, really. Took us a bit to find it initially. Was actually planning to do a walk-in to try them out but they were closed (even though their times said they were open). We ended up getting a Groupon and booked a time at a later date to try again. Parking is ample but shared with a lot of the other businesses but there’s street parking as well and we never had an issue on a weekend. The lobby is small with a few seats and some polaroids on the wall of teams come by. Prices and times apparently vary depending on what room you decide to do. Staff was nice enough, but it was only a single person on a weekend with a few rooms going at the same time. Hints were given by waving your hands at the camera and hoping they notice you. Also hard to find is their website (cause it looks like they’re a chain). If you go to impulseescaperoomS.com it’ll lead you to the Edmonton location. Without the “s” will give you the Red Deer location. Their naming convention for their Lloydminster and Kelowna locations are specific, and the Edmonton and Red Deer equivalents seem to be available so I’m not sure why they did this instead.
